Privacy

Short version: we keep as little as we can.

• Your email is used only to send sign-in codes. It's never shown to anyone or sold, and we don't send marketing email.
• Your username, posts, comments and votes are public (vote counts, not who voted).
• Location: to put nearby events first, we use your approximate city from your connection (provided by Cloudflare) or the city you pick. It's used to build the page and isn't stored.
• Cookies: a sign-in cookie, plus optional ones remembering your city and light/dark choice. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics.
• Delete your account any time in Settings. Your posts and comments stay up but show as [deleted] with no link to you.
• We use Cloudflare to run the site and send email, and Google Fonts for typography.
