Fire Island 2027 megathread: shares, rooms and who's in

Shares form over the winter, so this is the place to start. Post:

• Have a spot: Pines or Grove, full/half/quarter, dates, rough price, house vibe.
• Looking: what you want, budget, and a line about you.

New to the island? Read Fire Island 101 first: the train, the ferry, Low Tea, and the big 2027 weekends (Invasion is Sunday, July 4; Pines Party is July 30–Aug 1).

Never wire a deposit for a house you haven't seen, and get dates and price in writing.
