Someone or something breaking the rules?

Use Report: it's on every thread and reply on the website, and on every profile, message, request and group message in the DG app. Reports go straight to the moderators, with the thing you reported attached. In the app, You → Safety log shows where each of your reports has got to.

For your account, a safety worry, a bug, an idea, press, or a request from law enforcement. In the DG app this is You → Contact DG.

Law enforcement and legal requests

Send them through the form above (choose “Legal or law enforcement”) from an official address, with the legal process and what it covers. We keep very little about anyone (see Privacy), and we disclose only what the law requires.
